Hi guys,

Let's say if a transaction take 60 seconds to complete, can dynatrace detect and send incidents when 30 second threshold exceed?

I've tried purepath duration and web request time, but incident shows after transaction done, now I'm thinking maybe I can set purepath timeout to 30 second, I assume that it will be detect in default incident "timed out purepath", but it's a dilemma because of the rest of detail get truncate.

Carlos,

Purepath evaluation happens after the purepath is complete. So if the purepath takes 60 secs to complete, your evaluation and subsequent incidents can only happen after the 60 second completion.

You could try setting the Purepath Timeout to 30 and you will likely get a lot of Purepath Timeout incidents, but I'm not positive this will work. Go ahead and try it.
