Is there any seperate process that handle the connection from Client and from Web Dashboard?

I restarted Frontend Server, just after 3 minutes we can already connect back to AppMon Server via Client.

But the access via web dashboard? It is only available after approximately 20 minutes later.

Any idea why? My management demand an answer for this.

Hi,

Did you checked if the rules on the firewall have changed?

Can you share frontend logs?
