Is there anything in the works for monitoring GEMFIRE?

We are looking for an option to montior gemfire servers. Can appmon or Dynatrace be used for this?

FYI - here is a related forum post I found - https://answers.dynatrace.com/questions/82186/view.html. Seems it should work just fine - except that you have to define your own custom entry points

Sorry - that was a link on an internal forum post. The most important part of that thread is this:

We work with Gemfire at DTCC, it is treated just like any other non-web JVM with custom sensors picked up through CPU Sampling usually to start. Heap Dumps are usually out of the question as the size is just too large.
