Hello,

in our environment there are 2 agents which have connection state: "Connected (Issue: Instrumentation is not available)

The log shows the following:

Does anyone know what we can do here to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hello @Christian W.

Did you try to restart the processes/application?

Did you check weather ports are open from the agents to collector?

In your logs the mentioned and the bold wording I read first time in the logs: Instrumentation channel disconnected: server did not reply to ping request and software caused connection abort.

Hello @Babar Q.

There is no firewall between agent and collector.

I will try to restart the application.
