Issue in LDAP user login

I have created a user group in Dynatrace for already existing LDAP group.

I selected the group in preferences and gave power user role . But the user still not able to login . Please tell where it went wrong. Added both the screenshots for better understanding of this issue .ldap-group-creation.pnglogin-error.png

Did you configure the LDAP connection? if Yes then what is the need to create a new local group instead of importing the existing LDAP group?

Hi Babar,

As shown in the screenshot, I created the group importing the already available LDAP if I am right.

Gave user group name then selected the LDAP Group .

Is there any other way .

First import the group with the following way then assign the roles of server management and system profiles.
