License exhausted; Too many 'Java' agents connected - License Issue

Hi,

We are using dynatrace 6.5 version. Currently we are facing license exhausted issue for java agent instead of having enough license units to connect.

License Unit : 63

Connected Agents : 57

Connected agent with license exhaused issue : 5

PFA screenshot for the same. Kindly suggest how to resolve the mentioned issue.

Hello Ruchita,

Do you have any license assignments set in place? You can check this by going to your Server Settings -> License -> Assignments tab.

The fact that your 'OK' column says 51 makes me suspect you have some license assignments in place.

Hello Ruchita,

I am guessing that maybe at sometime you configured the license assignment for the system profile / agent group and defined the maximum value as 0 to not consume the Java Agents.

Can you double check that area?
