I have used a trail License for upgrdaing my Dynatrace.
It got expired yestreday.
I tried upgrading and then importing and activating my License.
Looks like UEM volume is not there in my eServices support login. Can anyone suggest me what went wrong. how can i get UEM voucher also.
any step by step procedures to be followed in this special case..expired.
Deactivation, Redeem volume , Upgrdae. Can anyone explain in which order i can proceed.
First on your old server you should Deactivate UEM Visits Volume.
This will create a voucher with the remaining volume.
You might be able to see it on e-services.
After that on the new server you can Redeem this voucher.
