We setup the Log file monitoring plugin to monitor the dynatrace log files for any exceptions. We have a collector running on the dynatrace server as "Local Service" but still it's not able read the file available in the server log directory. We are getting "Access Denied" error in the plugin log. We even tried to configure a different collector which has network share access to the dynatrace server. We are able to open the file manually from the Run command in both local and remote collector but when accessed from the plug-in we are getting the access denied error. Do we need to have any specific settings.
