Missing data in Dashboard

Hi, we've run several load tests against our performance testing environment and we have been missing data at sprodic points in the test. This test and these results were from yesterday and our high resolution data is set to be preserved for 2 weeks. also, we have set a disk quota reservation for teh profile in quersion. See this attached screenshot of a dashboard as an example of how we are missing data:

Are you specifying all hosts within your chart? Is the missing data supposed to be a continuation of the middle line? Also it seems like you had some incidents raised during this timeframe(The red line on the top of your chart). If you open up your incidents tab - do you see anything?

There is a possibility the agent might have disconnected or a collector was not functioning.

yes, all hosts are specified. the incidents from the timeframe are unrelated. during the test, we saw all stats. it just seems like they were not preserved several hours later.

Have you checked the dynatrace deployment health dashboards? https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/...

Maybe dynatrace was overloaded and skipped data? maybe it couldnt write the data to disk or to the perf warehouse?
