Monitor Websphere activation spec status

Periodically we have issues with activation specs becoming unresponsive. They show
running / green in the Websphere console but during processing of large batch job they become
unresponsive. Is it possible to setup an alert in Dynatrace AppMon to trigger when this happens?

It sounds like creating a custom PMI measure might work, but I don't see anything related to activation specs when browsing the available metrics.
