We are facing an issue in connecting .net agent to the application. We have deployed .net agent on the server and configured agent using .net tools available under Dynatrace folder (agent installed folder). However, agent is not appearing in agent overview dashlet. Unable to establish communication between the dynatrace server and .net agent. Please suggest us how to resolve this and where we are going wrong.
After configuring the monitored process did you restart the application? Are there firewalls between the agent and the collector? If this is your first app, can a firewall be blocking traffic between the collector and the server?
