No Purepath observed for the UEM visit action pages for mobile application instrumentation

Hi,

We are trying to instrument UEM in mobile application for iOS device in Dynatrace 6.5 and currently are able to get the user actions in Visit dashboard post the instrumentation(refer below screenshot).

But we are not able to drill corresponding purepaths.(refer below screenshot).

In order to verify whether the purepaths are not visible due to incorrect instrumentation, the we simulated hits for the iOS device with a normal build, but we are not able to capture the purepaths for the same.

Further ,we were able to find purepaths(by manually searching in the purepath-dashlet) of a sample iOS device user on normal build(refer below screenshot).

After that we tried to simulate the same userID with the same build, but we were still unsuccessful in getting the purepaths in the purepath-dashlet.

Please help.

Based on your first screenshot I can tell that there are no PurePaths linked to the user actions (because the server contribution column is empty). The mobile agent detected web requests (You can tell because there are these actions that are called WebRequest). So there seems to be a problem with the tag. Is there a possibility that the tag (X-Dynatrace header) gets filtered out by a firewall?
