Only Linux Servers got disk utilization metric, windows server doesn't have.
Checked the exclusion setting in hostgroup there, there is no exclusion rule regarding to windows.
Any other possibilities I've overlooked?
You probably do not have the necessary privileges to collect this information. Is the user running the agent added to the Performance Monitor Users group?

Anyway, if we can already get their Memory and CPU, I should already be in the Performance Monitor User Group?
For example in Windows Server 2012 R2 disk performance counters were disabled by default because of a noted significant performance impact in collecting Disk metrics on a Server.. Let's try this:
