Not able to capture pure path

we are not able to see pure path for longer duration or pure path from past, they are getting deleted automatically. however we were able to see them earlier and the problem arises with the new Licence.We are using Dynatrace AppMon version 6.5.

Confirm that the Performance Warehouse is properly connected.

Also check settings under the Server Settings -> Storage. Verify disk space is properly being utilized and "Delete Sessions after ..." is set properly.
