I am not able to see log file content using DT client for a agent as well as for other agent it is available(Right side). I have attached snapshot for same. Also i observed in collector logs "Agent "SMS_App_submitter_2" (52175db8) was shut down as a result of an overdue event time."

Ask to your OPS Team if the log is generated in the "SMS_App_submitter_2" server ?
Also check with Gregory if the agent is started properly 😉

I have checked with team, i think there was directory owenership or permission issues. I have done changes and waiting for service restart, once done i ll let you know.
