Not able to fetch session data prior to 2 days


Hi Team,

We are trying to fetch session data(i.e.Purepath data) .

But we are not getting any purepath prior to 2 days.

Please help.

Hi Jalpesh,

the amount of session data that you have is directly related to the disk space that's alotted to the session storage. Go to server settings -> Storage to inspect and change those settings. More space means more purepaths. Best regards,

It could be that the session storage or disk is full and it only keeps two days of data. If you click on storage on the server settings screen, what do you get? Do you have restrictions on a system profile? Also, if you right-click on the system profile in the menu on the left hand side and click on details, what date do you see there as the oldest date?

Another option is that the agents weren't connected/reporting data two days ago, are you able to see data if you go further back? Do you have any self monitoring incidents during the timeframe when you expect to see data?
