One Agent - Automatic script tag injection not working in SAP HANA

Hello,

I have
created an instance SAP
S/4HANA 1709, Fully-Activated Appliance
in cal.sap.com,
which is running in AWS Instance.

The below two machines are created in AWS.

  1. SAP NetWeaver 7.50 AS JAVA with Adobe
Document Services. - (Linux 64 bit)

  2. SAP S/4HANA 1709 & SAP HANA DB (based
on SAP Netweaver AS ABAP 7.52) - (Linux 64 bit)

I
installed the Dynatrace One Agent on both machine through Putty SSH.

I can see monitoring is working for Host, Process, Network and
DB.

But unable to see monitoring for RUM. In Dynatrace web console I
am getting below message (Shown in image).

I am
continuously accessing the Fiori Apps, the pages are being loaded. Also I could
see that the page content type is “text/html”.

Let me know
how to get the RUM monitoring working for these Apps.

Regards,

Stormie

It should all happen automatically if OneAgent sees a supported technology for automatic RUM agent injection. Unless someone were to have disabled RUM then there shouldn't be any adidtional configs you need to do. Your applications will have to use one of the techs listed here:

https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-...

In order to have auto-injection of the RUM agent. I'm not familiar enough with those applications to know if it should be or not but it's possible it is just not supported. If you think it should be I would see if any others have input here and then open a support case.

Problem statement #1 :

SAP Fiori launchpad home page (FioriLaunchpad.html) content
type is text/html (Refer screenshot1). And also the response contains html tags
as well.

Question : I could not see Dynatrace RUM instrumentation for
this page ?

Problem statement #2 :

The inner page content type for Fiori Apps are
application/xml (Refer screenshot2).

Is there a way to instrument this page at least manually. If
some one had done before, please let me know the steps.
