Analyzing I found that the number of sessions on the database goes from 20 to about 100 and the number of user calls drops until the problem is solved by itself.
I'm not an expert database, you can explain what would measure the metric "Other" of the graph Time Spent Breakdown.
It may seem a very general question, but what do you think I should have administrators check?

Have you tried drilling down to the Purepaths for that timeframe and seeing what DB activity there may be for that time frame? You could also go to the Database dashlet and look at the response time hotspots and execution hotspots to get a handle on what your DB is spending its time working on.
Yes, we have already tried and we see that the execution times rise, but it seems to be an effect and not the cause of the problem.
