Out of Memory Incident, but there aren't errors on logs server



I would like to understand with your help how to debug the error below. There is no Out of Memory trace on server logs. In addition, Dynatrace does not specify which server and when the OOM was there. There are no dumps on the server. Can you give me some informations about it? Tips for troubleshooting? Thanks in advance.

no worry, there was no OOM!

The incident Dashboard Lists all configured incidents.

You can check if the incident occurred in the selected timeframe by looking at the History column. If there is not red/yellow bar in die History Column, then that incident did not occur in that timeframe.

Also once the incident occurs, you can expand the incident rule and get a row for every time the incident occured with additional information like the exact time and information on which machine the OOM occured.

Hi Matteo, Please Note that OOM can occure due to many reasons.

Yes it can, but in this case there was no OOM Exception. The Incident is listed because it is configured (default) but there is no actual occurence of the incident.
