[POLL] Which Ticket System Does Your Organisation Use?

Hi all,

I'm trying to gather information on which customer support / ticketing systems customers use in order to possibly develop better dynatrace incident <-> ticket system integration.

If you have two seconds I would appreciate a quick reply 🙂

We use BMC Remedy for ticketing. However all of our events first pass into Netcool Omnibus and it is Omnibus which handles the ticket creation.

BMC Remedy and BPPM (BMC ProactiveNet Performance Mgmt). We send the incidents via generic execution plugin->msend script->BPPM.
