Hi all, I've a problem with the perf warehouse, I have not the message 'Performance Warehouse is connected' but I have 'Synchronizing System Profiles..'.
How can I solve this problem?
I'm' using Dynatrace 6.5

there's a log file called Repository.0.0.log among the server logs, please have a look at it in the System Information dashlet.

While this is definitely not the canonical answer, on 6.5 I have had the same issue where perf warehouse seems to get stuck on "Synchronizing System Profiles" after network disruption (for us it happens sometimes after a VMWare Snapshot disrupts connectivity to the DB.
For us the issue is always resolved, by simply disconnecting and reconnecting the performance warehouse within the AppMon client.
If this doesn't help you then as Peter suggests above it might be best to raise a support ticket to investigate further!
