We just migrated our Dynatrace Performance Warehouse to SQL 2016. After connecting back to the database I see several of these messages in the server log.
"INFO [DefaultMeasureKeyCache] Unable to obtain a measure id for the given umiUMI"
Does this message require manual intervention or will the system handle them? We are on AppMon version 6.5.
That message means that a user has a dashboard or a chart that is pulling a measure that could not be found in the cache. In that situation, the measure details will be pulled from the PW.
There shouldn't be any issues due to the message.
I believe it would apply to the entire server for measures that are called infrequently. If it is due to one of your dashboards, then I would expect the measures to be added to the cache after a few refreshes.
