Problem with BT, I can't split my data by header value

Hi,

I saw more thread about the BT but i have still problem with the custom BT.

I would create a BT where I can see:

  1. All the pages visited by the users (by Server-Side PurePath);

Here, the procedure followed:

  1. To retrieve the users I add the field on the webServer sensor so from purepath details now the value is present.
  2. Create the measure "Web Request - Response Header" with:
    1. Header Field -> user-logger
    2. Match -> contains
    3. Evaluation -> occurrence

I created my BT as showed below:(The complete URI Path is a default BT)

The result is nothing, i don't see any result. If I delete my measure from BT I can see all URIs into BT's table.

Could you help me to understand where I get wrong?

Thank you very much.

Davide

Hi Davide,

I have done this many times with Request Headers but not with Response Headers. Is your header really a Response Header? If not, try using "Web Requests - Header Value" when you define it rather than "Web Requests - Response Header Value".

Hi Dave,

Thanks you very much, unfortunately also setting web Requests as you advice me didn't work.

I add also this detail:

Is it correct for you?

Thank you very much.

Hi Davide,

Please change Evaluation to "string value" rather than "occurrence".

Also, there is no need for a threshold since this is a split measure, not a filter...

Hi Dave,

Thank you very much for your support. I resolved as you suggested me.
