I have problem with Jira integration, the incident don't open ticket in Jira, so I want to see the log file to understand the problem, but Dynatrace appmon is writing nothing in the file .log. When I look to "System information" the file "com.dynatrace.diagnostics.jira.CreateIssueActionPlugin.action.0.0.log" seems like not updated.
The Configuration Jira plugin have the log file level "FINER".
I made some tests for open Jira ticket, but the ticket wasn't opened and the Dynatrace Appmon wrote nothing in .log. I made the same test in TEST environment with the same plugin and the same configurations and I have no problems, the ticket has been opened.
