Here is a link where the go in depth about how to setup the Purelytics stream to your ELK stack:
There is also the option to use the REST interface to setup the stream:
Thank you David!!!!!
I have already set up the Purelytics stream, while performing the test connection i am getting "error in connecting to Elastic server".Is there any impact of this error?
And also could you please suggest what would be the next step once we have set up the purelytics stream?
It sounds like there are some settings that are configured correctly. You should confirm that you have setup the Realtime Streaming in the Dynatrace Server settings -> Realtime Streaming -> PureLytics Streaming tab. You should also confirm that your PureLytics Stream box is checked in the system profile where you want the data to be sent from: System Profile -> General -> PureLytics Stream. Something else that you can confirm is that your firewall settings allow the communication between the Dynatrace Server and your ElasticSearch instance.
Once the error is resolved you can use the ElasticSearch tool called Kibana to visualize specific metrics in a way that is most valuable to you.
