We are seeing our purepath response time show as 0.0, however the duration is showing a correct number. It doesnt matter if the .Net agent is showing as loaded or not loaded the response time is always 0.0, please find below the configurations that we have
I am having the same issue with one specific application (just happens to be the newest one I've added. I don't have this issue with any of my others. I'm almost positive it is because of the environment variables but I just can't find any differences.
In the .NET Agent Configuration window screenshot you will notice at the bottom a message that indicates the monitored process needs to be restarted. This may require a system reboot to get cleared up. If that doesn't work, inspect the agent logs on the monitored host. If after doing these things and the message persists, I suggest you contact support for guidance.
