Roll Back an Update

Hi,

We need to do a roll back from the version 6.5.33 to 6.5.2 and we need to know if agents in a higher version will continue providing data or its necessary to do a restart.

Hi Carlos,

To perform a rollback, the following conditions must be met:

  • You are able to immediately restart the AppMon Server and its Collectors.
  • You are able to restart related applications and Agent services

So yes it is necessary to do a restart of the agents.
