But when I tried to create an incident again it is not generating with the above details?

Things to check:

1. Did the incident count actually increase or did the "new incident" fall into the an existing "ongoing" incident?

2. Is the plugin log level still set to FINE or FINER?

I just tested locally and found the FINE log messages appeared after forcing a new incident. I watched the incident dashlet counter to make sure there was a new incident and the log had new messages immediately after it fired...

HTH,

dave

1. Yes, I tried to create the same incident which appears in the above logs. It is creating incidents in the dynatrace but no logs are generated.

2. I have changed to FINER.

And one more thing, this message I have generated in my local environment. Same way I'm not able to generate in the cloud instance?

Do you use "Smart Alerting"? In that case it could be that the action is not triggered until you confirm the previous incidents. Thats what Smart Alerting is about. Just execute the action when a NEW Incident is opened and not when OLD ones are still open. You can confirm incidents in the Incidents Dashlet. Pls give this a try
