This product reached the end of support date on March 31, 2021.

Same two agents itens with two different status in "Agents Overview"

I'm viewing two agents equals with two different status in "Agents Overview", but the latest agent is "available" so I think Appmon's should clean the older "disconnected" register status but this isn't happened.

What I have to do for this cause?

You have to go to right top corner => Content => Display Offline Agents and uncheck this option.

I understood but would you inform me how long it takes for this disconnected log to disappear from the "agentes overview"? because it should be showing only the last status of this agente and not the old log disconnected.
