This means that to get the values I need an accessor must be used. In this case, is there a way to get this if I don't have access to the developers? I am trying to get this information, but I am not sure if I will be able to get that.
In cases like this, I use the class browser under Sensors to browse each class in the chain. So, start with the UserBean and look for a getter that returns the user as a String. If it returns a User object, then find the getter on it that returns a String. Then use an accessor like getUser().getName() to get to the String (assuming that UserBean returns a User object that has a getName() method that returns the user id or name).
