Several issues with agent .net (license/host and no purepath issue)

I have the free trial version, I did install server, collector, and agent in my local pc and put the license provided by email.

After that, I did the proper installation of the agent in a server and collector and b/f server in another server.

After that the issues are as follow:

1.- In agent overview the License of the agent appears as empty and technology as well, we have several .net processes in that server but it doesnt seem to recognize anything (same app is deployed in my local and in server.

2.- Agent is recording 0 purepaths, events are going up but purepaths are still 0 (Already edited the system profile to capture all .net in web server profile

3.- If I go to agent infrastructure I don't see any metrics although agent is connected ( No CPU Usage, no Network utilization, nothing but the server information)

The agent in the web server its connected successfully and it says that the .net agent was successfully loaded

Can you provide a screenshot of your license screen, and a screenshot of your AgentOverview dashlet.

PFA the information requested, it seems license field is empty on agent overview, also the number of web servers I see in the license is 5 tha tmight mean that is not discounting the agent to my licesne ammount

Melchor, it appears that your collector is outdated. Check out the "Agent Version" field in the screenshot above for the message describing that the system doesn't like the version of Collector. While I'm not convinced this will resolve your issue, i would clean this up and subsequently let the agent update to the latest, then see if your issue is still happening.

thank you very much Joseph, It solved the issue, now im seeing the purepaths response time as 0.0 (for the agent were .Net appmon was loaded and for the one it was not) after clean install of 7.2 agent and collector , they are .net agents. However, Duration of the purpath seems to be reported accurately

Also, the env variables are there , but I have another env variables froma different profiler, do you think it can affect?

In your screenshot (dynatraceagents.png), look at the message at the bottom. It indicates the monitored processes need to be restarted. Try an IISReset and see if that helps.
