This morning our PWH through an error. The issue only existed for 5 mins, but we are not sure why the error came up. After looking into the logs I checked the community to find answers:
The issue seen in this post was similar to the one we saw, however, when we checked the DB tablespace and server connections, everything checked out. The only thing I saw that was different from usual was when I went to the server settings and opened the PWH tab, I got this message that popped up:
Would this cause the issue?
Here are some of the logs:

the license pop-up can't be the reason for the slow pwh, it's not related.
Judging from the short log excerpt I'd say that the database itself had a short period of slowness; you could ask your dba to confirm / refute this hypothesis.
If you can't determine the root cause, please open a support ticket with a support archive and ideally an awr report from that time. Thanks,
