HI All,

When I try to connect to ACC server from thick client getting below error.

Socket time out Exception Error:connect timed out.

Could anyone of you please tell how to fix it.

Hello Karthikayini,

First check whether the Frontend Server Service is started or not.

Secondly check the port 2021 is listening on the dynatrace server e.g. use the "netstat".

Thirdly telnet the port 2021 from the client machine (where you installed the dynatrace client).

Also make sure that you are using the correct IP Address of the APM Server.

in server or where client intstalled

Run the netstat -a command on the APM Server to displays all connections and listening ports.
