Solaris Network Utilization Not Available

Hello Everyone,

Network details are not available for all the hosts. Any idea?

Looking for any similar field experiences.

Have you checked the agent log file for any warnings or errors? You will either see a warning stating that we do not support capturing that data or there might be an error/warning saying that we may have an issue capturing it due to restrictions

Apologize for the late comments.

I could find only the below warning messages in all processes of the host.

2017-01-14 02:55:35 [00000021] warning [java  ] Retrieving stats array for module: 'beanModule' returned null. This may be caused by a not yet initialized module. If subscriptions for this module do not provide data after initialization, please check module path. 2017-01-16 16:19:35 [00000021] warning [java  ] Retrieving stats array for module: 'j2cModule' returned null. This may be caused by a not yet initialized module. If subscriptions for this module do not provide data after initialization, please check module path.

Hi,

I was having the same issue as you and opened a support ticket. It looks like this is a bug that is fixed in 6.5.6

JLT-168941 - In the host overview there are no network values visible

I cannot confirm that this fixed my issue as we are in a freeze but I would update if possible.

I can make sure that the same problem exists even after upgraded to the 6.5.11
