Stored session with no Application's data

Hi,

I have a System Profile with traffic and a few applications running traffic.

When I try to store a session, I select a range of dates that I know there had traffic and the applications had baseline created already.

When I open Session Overview for that session, Applications appear in grey, with no traffic, and then, into Applications Dashboard, each application appears empty:

Any idea?

Maybe it's because they all are auto-detected applications without autodetected BT's, nor manually BT's defined?

Thanks!
Daniel

Daniel,

Are there any purepaths in the stored session? I would verify that thru the Purepath dashlet.

In the Store Session dialog, are you selecting "Purepath and Time Series"?

Hi Joseph,

Yes, there are a lot of purepaths and session was stored with "purepath and time series" option enabled.

I also tried to store the session again, but nothing changes...

You're right, that doesn't make sense. What about verifying that the user has the "Read Stored Sessions" privilege. Otherwise i"m out of ideas.

Yes Joseph, I'm in Administrators group.

I suspect the problem it's what I told: the system profile had no BT's detected/configured in the time the session is...

But it's strange because dynatrace still gives the option to auto-detect that BT's in a stored session, so it's weird.
