System profle not accessible

Hi,

Did anyone has seen this kind of behaviour before:

While testing to create agent groups through the rest API using curl, I got the message 'system profile not found' after quite some successful tests with the same script.

When I now go an have a look on the AppMon-server, an try to open the system profile I get a popup:

'Failed to load the System Profile '<name of the profile>. It might have been deleted, or the connection to the server Dynatrace Server was lost.'

I must add that at no given time the System Profile was deleted. My best guess is that it has something to do with rest api-call to create an agent group. Making the system profile corrupt.

When restarting the client I can still see the system profile which is having this issue. Would it have been really deleted, my best guess it would not be visible there anymore.

Hello Geoff,

Check the AppMon server logs for the reason behind this situation and also restart the server once, maybe restart can fix any glitches which were entered while using the REST API.
