TIBCO EMS Plugin issue

We setup a tibco ems monitor using the plugin,but it's failed to run.From the log it said that unable to connect to the server and no more info. Is this issue caused by the user privilege or network issue,we can telnet to the server at port 7222 from collector.

I would assuem that this is a network issue. The Plugin will be executed on a collector. So - you have to make sure that this collector can reach that Tibco Server. I would try to open a console on that collector and try to telnet to avptems01:7222. make sure that the name can be resolved and that there is no firewall blocking that port
