Text and Measure Dashlet incorrectly identifying threshold breach for BT Measure

Hi,

I have a BT Measure for monitoring Response times for a CICS Transactions. A threshold value has been set for the Transaction's response time 350 ms for Severe and 250 ms for Warning.

On a dashboard I'm using a Text and Measure Dashlet to report both today's average Response time and also number of transactions for today. The BT Measure exposes both Pure Path response time and the count

However as a threshold has been set for the response time (Sev 350 ms and Warn 250 ms) the Text and Measure Dashlet is turning the Count figure red as it's incorrectly identifying that the count figure (No. transactions) has breached the BT measures threshold value.

To get around this can the feature to show a breach with red text be disabled?

Thanks in advance

Darren Miller

Hi Darren,

in the Dashlet Properties -> Text Style there's an "Apply threshold violation colors" checkbox, this should work around this issue. Best regards,

Peter

Hi,

Thanks

However, I'm running 6.5.7 and I can't see any option in the Text Style tab for the Dashlet.

Is this only available in a later update?

Oops, yes you're right, this is a 7.0 feature.
