Does anyone know what measure to use to chart the time details measures (response time, execution time, etc.) from the Transaction Flow view?
I am interested in charting the response time for a specific agent group (using say a 1 minute chart resolution which I am planning to export to a csv for analysis).
Any suggestions? I am looking to capture these measures for a number of different agent groups.
Monitor the average response time, but with a cautious eye on the maximum response time as the mean is sensitive to outliers. For critical requests I create a measure and turn on the collection of percentiles.
