How can I define the transaction retention for each application? Is it configured somewhere?

Hany,

Are you referring to data retention in the performance warehouse? If you go to server settings, you will see the configuration there, but it is a global change.

Similarly for actual "PurePath" data this is determined by how much space is available on your session storage disk. As it fills up older PurePath data will be removed as room is made for new data, so you don't set an actual retention period but this happens automatically based on how much data is in your transactions and how much space you have available. If in the cockpit on any system profile you right click->details you can see how long you have PurePath data for.

In case you have system profiles that are higher priority you can also define reservations for storage space in the server settings -> storage.
