Hi Guys,

Have you ever face this problem?

The request payload is should be like this

Not all the users session like that, but mostly. Is it kind of threat or not? Cause it considered as a violation on my customer firewall.

Hello @Julian F.

We also have a request payload in the encrypted from and I guess it should be like this.

or maybe because of a feature Add the Secure attribute to the AppMon session cookie

Useful for web sites that employ the HTTPS protocol for secure communications, this setting marks the AppMon session cookie dtCookie with the W3C-standard Secure attribute. This attribute instructs the web browser to only send the cookie over a secure connection.

Hai @Babar Q.

We don't turn on feature Add the Secure attribute to the AppMon session cookie.

We have another application with different webserver (IIS), issue is on apache. But those applications are using same UEM configuration, but shown different result on each login screen.

IIS:

  • dtagent_ICA* request header has value.
  • no dynaTraceMonitor requested.

Apache:

  • dtagent_ICA* request header has no value.
  • dynaTraceMonitor requested, but request payloads value are like above.
