Unable to configured Database agent.

From
Dynatrace client, when create connection for the database agent and test
connection we got the error: "I/O Error: DB server closed
connection".

From
the database server, which has TDE (Tranparent Data Encryption) set, in the
Event Viewer we got the error: "Encryption is required to connect to this
server but the client library does not support encryption; the connection has
been closed. Please upgrade your client library."

Any one help me on this to resolve this issue.

Hi Babar,

yes, i have provided the same permissions that mentioned in the links.

i
configured one DB its successfully connected and i am able to see the
data as well, but for this DB we dont have the TDE enable.

But the second one we have TDE enabled for this due to this only i am not able to configure.

please provide your comments on this.

Did you check the collector/agent logs for some other colues?
