Unable to export production session


We have tried exporting in one of our production server for 15 minutes time interval but it was processing then at the end it throws unable to export production. We have enough memory on the Dynatrace AppMon server and it works fine from couple of other servers that we have.

We have checked the Jump box memory where we access the Appmon client that looks good and we have enough space in jump box as well. Memory of the jump box while exporting the session is reaching upto 85% so please suggest here.

Hi Deepan,

Have you checked the server logs as well? There were likely be more info on why the session exports failed in the logs. You can access the server logs by going to the System Information dashlet on your client (will need appropriate permissions for this).
