Theres a couple things we can try here. I would first verify your connectivity settings found in the client to make sure the connection type, and port are correct. Are you able to connect at all or are you just missing that system profile? I would try the webstart client to see if your able to connect (assuming your using the thick client). Another option you can try is to restore the default directories in the dynatrace client settings. Let me know if any of these suggestions work and if not we can take it from there. Thanks.
