Unable to raise Incident

Below is the description of my scenario.

I have 20 measures created in a custom monitor plug in. I have created one incident containing all the 20 measures with logic operator "OR", which means if any of the measure gets violated, the incident get raised. Now my problem is if say first two measures get violated, So incident started & we got a mail alert for that incident. Now say another two measures get violated within the same incident. Here my incident was not started because the previous incident was not yet ended. So we didn't got a mail alert for the other two measures which got violated. So how to get the mail alert of the other two measures that got violated within the same incident ??

Is 'Smart Alerting' enabled for your incident in the 'Actions' tab?

Hi, from what I understand you're not going to get a new incident started if the same incident rule has already got an incident open.

You may either need to create separate incident rules for each measure or create smaller groups to remove the risk of multiple measures firing for the same incident rule whilst it's got an open incident.
