User Actions information (Host/Path/Query/Method/Status/etc) does not show for all applications

Hello community members,

After upgrading from AppMon v6.3 to v7.0 I encounter an issue with User Actions information (Host/Path/Query/Method/Status/etc) not showing for all applications, eventhough the applications have been configured/defined exactly the same. It did work before the upgrade.

I.e. for loading of page 'x1' the Host, Path, Method and Status are shown (see screenshot 'issue missing user action details 1.JPG')

but for loading of page 'x2' these details are not shown (see screenshot 'issue missing user action details 2.JPG).

I do notice a small difference but do not know if it's of any importance:

Page 'x1' -> ..../secure/pages/homepagina/homepagina.jspx

Page 'x2' -> ..../secure/pages/homepagina/homepagina

Also in the details of the User Action for page 'x1' there are details available (such as Avg Requests/Requests Size/Avg Requests Size/Avg Bytse Received, see screenshot 'issue missing user action details 3.JPG')

which are not shown for page 'x2' (see screenshot 'issue missing user action details 4.JPG').

In 'User Experience management settings' of the Profile, UEM Capturing is enabled for only 'Default Application', no other is activated. None of the involved application has its own UEM Capturing configured. None of the involved applications have been added to the 'Application user experience management settings'.

Has anyone an idea where to look for the cause of this or can explain what is wrong or missing?

Thanks!

Kind regards,

Jyts

That is strange.

Can you check your Servlet configuration settings to make sure certain requests aren't excluded at that stage?

Hi Benjamin,

Thank you for your reply and suggestion.

The Sensor Placements and Sensor Configurations settings for all the applications involved are the same.

Grtz,
