User action data missing

I m not able to see data of last seven days/365 when checking user action in a particular system profile

This looks like a better question for Dynatrace Support than the Answer Hub to me.

You can Open a Ticket at the Support Portal.

@Dan B. Thank you I have open the ticket with support but just needed assistance if anybody can know why this thing happened.

Have you had any luck analyzing this problem? typically i start looking at the error logs. in this case the client error log (as the client shows a warning) as well as the server log file as the client requests data from the server and it seems it had problems retrieving data.

The problem has been resolved , it was found that in session folder there is _0.visit folder and there were currently two folders which were missing the profiles in the timeframe ,after adding the profile in those two folders, i restarted the server and all data came up.
