I have DynaTrace 6.1 and work with Ldap. Sometimes my users have problem to connect to DynaTrace.
I am remove the user from the user list (user--> account) and this action resolve the problem.
None of these users did not change his password in active directory.
Heavy user of this system has already happened twice.
I want to now why is happened and 'hat is needed to solve it.
