I have created a role for my customers' users and mapped it to a group in Active Directory.
But when users log in, they are not able to see any metrics in dashboards.
Message on the client tells that user does not has acess to the feature "Show Measure data within charts"
I have checked the role configuration and the feature is there, see attached image.
Can you please help me check what is goin on? Has anyone experienced such behaviour?
Have you checked if the LDAP group they are a part of has the the role assigned to them? I would recommend checking the Management Role, System Profile, and Dashboards settings for that Group.
Also, keep in mind that after any changes, they will need to re-authenticate to get the new permissions. They can either restart the client or go into settings -> Dynatrace Server-> Connectivity and hit test connection.
