Users in "Administrator" group can't make changes

Hi,

We have some users in "Administrator" group that can't do any change on a System Profile.

We have checked "Administrator" group has "All permissions".

This is one of the users affected:

"Administrator" role seems OK:

Connection with that user is OK:

But there is no permissions:

Any ideas?

Is the group administrators actually linked to the role administrator? If you click on the groups tab and open up the administrators group, do you see the role administrator in there for the server and/or the system profiles required? My guess is not 🙂

Touché! You are right... Administrator group was "Guest" in <default> System profile
